HOSP_NAFTEAPD includes the number of nurse aides per 1000 adjusted inpatient days. Inpatient days are adjusted by the ratio of outpatient to inpatient revenues because the RN FTEs reported to the AHA include both inpatient and outpatient services. Values are rounded to the nearest tenth and range from 0-3.9. |
