State Specific Notes |
Florida NEOMAT is typically determined by diagnosis and procedure screens that identify maternal and neonatal ICD-9-CM codes (prior to Q4 2015) or by ICD-10-CM/PCS codes (beginning Q4 2015) . Beginning with 2018, Florida does not provide ICD-10-CM/PCS codes. Prior to 1999, NEOMAT could only be assigned using diagnoses because Florida did not provide ICD-9-CM procedure codes. |
