New York Prior to 2018, New York collected operating room time. New York defines operating room time as the total time actually in the operating room exclusive of pre-operative (preparation) and post-operative (recovery) time. If the operating room time was greater than 10 hours, New York reported the total time as 9 hours and 59 minutes (ORTIME = 599 minutes). |
